Post Production Marketing Coordinator (TEMP) - PVH Corp.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Post Production Marketing Coordinator (TEMP) will oversee all aspects of projects in the video post production area for the marketing group. This includes setting deadlines, assignment of duties and responsibilities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Intake of post production projects through our project management software (Wrike), vetting for clear scope, coordinating assets, and assigning stakeholders
  • Assist in the definition of scope by partnering with stakeholders to define deliverable specs and timing
  • Liase with third party stakeholders and clients at the time of intake of a new project to ensure the project is approved by management ans properly funded
  • Work with Post Production Manager and Director of Production in creation of execution plan against project needs
  • Work with Post Production Manager to allocate resources based on availability and skill-set
  • Work with Post Production Manager to identify proper assets are available for post production to begin
  • Coordinate with Art Directors on brand voice and art direction
  • Coordinate with Sr Mgr Communications Design & Strategy on communications objective for internal and B2B projects
  • Ensure that all projects begin post production and are delivered on time and on scope
  • Help coordinate internal resources and third party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Thoughtful creation and adherence to project calendars and timelines
  • Help manage client relationships
  • Attend weekly meetings to report on post production statuses and repair any roadblocks to progress

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 2-3 years relevant marketing, production or project management experience.

Education: Degree from a four-year college (e.g. B.A., B.S.).

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Ability to track progress of multiple projects. Ability to help create timelines and action plans to finish projects.
  • Superb problem solving and follow-through
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design and production.
  • Ability to interact with senior management and to work independently
  • Team player who also demonstrates leadership skills in a complex organization
  • Basic understanding of post production tools and processes
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects + Premiere
