Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. While the specific type of consulting work they do can vary, it generally aligns to management consulting, systems integration consulting or technology consulting. Typically, Consultants work at client sites, which often require travel. In your role you will identify, assesses and solve client problems in the area of product management or development

  • Identify unmet consumer needs to drive innovative solutions
  • Responsible for creating product road maps & user stories
  • Lead product development efforts and deployments
  • Gather user feedback, analyze product metrics, identify and address product opportunities
  • You will also be responsible for interacting with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. You may be required to independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Manage large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. It is our intention for our people to live where they work and work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel. Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering; Software engineering or master’s degree is a plus
  • 5 years of product management and/or project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability in product delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain highly effective and collaborative relationships with the client teams
  • Strong communication & influencing skills; able to inspire confidence among senior leadership and set strategy for next generation product or platform development
  • Preferred Skills:
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Experience as a product owner leading Agile teams
