Product Support Specialist

Were looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Delivery & Customer Success team.

We entered the market in 2015 and we now have offices in Amsterdam, New York, London and Sri Lanka.

What will you do? As a Product Support Specialist, you will:

  • Resolve & track customer issues via Zendesk
  • Support Project Management team with training tasks
  • Handle any incoming support requests during Business Hours (9-6)
  • Notify management or escalation team of any potential issues or complex problems in a timely manner
  • Work alongside the Project Management team to execute successful onboarding for new clients
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to continuously optimize internal processes

What do we look for? We re looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • >1 year of experience in troubleshooting software
  • Experience or knowledge of technologies like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Zendesk
  • Assist project teams in configuration of customer portals
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, relationship building
