Professional Project Manager – Finance

We embrace brilliance. We embrace independence. Join us. Responsibilities The Professional Project Manager will assist the Construction Project Manager with assigned projects, including:
  • Assist with the budget cycle requirements such as (not limited to) spend plans, reconciliation, and development of the annual budget. Maintain a current project status of projects in the FBIs existing program database in alignment with current space acquisition and revitalization initiatives

  • Assist in the development of RWAs for FBI approval to process GSA PBS purchases on behalf of the FBI. Evaluate and recommend process improvements to existing procedures

  • Reconcile funding needs against schedule to determine requirements. Review internal funding documents to evaluate timing and completion

  • Attend regular and special project meetings as required, in person, conference calls, or video teleconferences

  • Create and update project reports as communication on regular schedules and as needed to support projects. Reports/communications will include all project information related to scope, budget, issues, and other relevant information

Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree is required.
Minimum of five years of Project Management or consultant experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required.
Must be knowledgeable about government funding, project scheduling, and project tracking.
Broad based understanding of project management with strong planning, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain overview of entire project while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with strong leadership, project management, team building and presentation skills required.
Desired: Experience or exposure in construction management, real estate management, or facilities management preferred.
