CRM Programmer Analyst is responsible for the design, development & maintenance of Campus Nexus CRM implementations at the University. The programmer analyst will define technical requirements and create architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Work closely with the business teams using CRM and business analysts to design, implement and improve the business processes supported by CRM. The ideal candidate is self-driven with a get it done mentality and a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems.
