Apply acquisition, project management, and financial management expertise to advise and assist the government with acquisition planning, execution, and management of contract and intergovernmental actions. Apply knowledge of the defense acquisition process to support clients in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process, policy, and procedures related to the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program. Devise innovative strategies for deploying and implementing new acquisition policy initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of implementation. Use quantitative analytical techniques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction or mitigation approaches for improving acquisition or program planning, control, and execution through the full acquisition life cycle.Basic Qualifications:
