Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator works with Project Managers to ensure that project deliverables are met. The Project Coordinator works under the supervision of the Project Manager and assists in monitoring financial, maintenance, and technical activities in order to provide quality program support.
Provides support to internal and external resources to ensure a successful project implementation
Monitors service calls for projects
Obtains information and conducts research for completion of project tasks
Crate and maintain files and reports regarding purpose, project status and completion
Manages client escalations for root cause and quick resolution
Organize billing and project invoices, review vendor invoices for accuracy
Escalates issues to manager as needed

Education and Experience
Typically requires high school diploma with 1-2 years of experience, or a Bachelors degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience
Certifications and/or Qualifications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Products
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and addressing concerns
