Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all new and current projects / installations.
• Establish communication with customer/client for introductions as well as understand project deadlines.
• Order project materials through purchase orders.
• Track / receive materials along with staging and organizing for our installers.
• Schedule all work including but not limited to: Initial installs, punch list items, warranty calls, etc.
• Provide accurate updates with reports upon project progress and/or completion.
• Monitor time spent on projects to avoid overages and ensure we stay on budget.
• Work with field techs and sales reps to ensure projects go as smooth as possible.
• Establish and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
