Project Manager

Job Description :

o 4 years of experience in IT project management, project delivery and client relationship management in a technology environment. o Must have 2 years of experience working as an IT Project Manager at client location with end-to- end project delivery and stakeholder management responsibilities o Experience in executing Digital Projects providing guidance and direction to team. o Must have experience in working with offshore teams. o Demonstrate strong control over project financials, operations o Experience in Team mentoring, appraisals, and feedback. o Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations. o Good people leadership skills and ability to manage teams at multiple locations o Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities o Holding the team to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability o Comfortable working in a diverse environment with excellent communication and networking skills o Deliver customer satisfaction and overall excellence in projects through value delivery o Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise
