QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the online banking system.
• Develop the overall test plan, what will happen in each testing phase and impacted areas.
• Create the appropriate data and pre-conditions in the test and staging environments to support the testing effort.
• Execute the test cases in the appropriate environment. Record detailed test results of pass and fail scenarios.
• Ensure the platform is intuitive and user-friendly for business customers.
• Work with existing QA to develop automation frameworks and test suites to test the products and services, working with engineering, QA, system architects, product owners, and others..

Qualifications:

• 5 years industry experience in QA or Software Engineering.
• 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and executing automated tests.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and online banking systems.
• Experience with Fiserv integrated applications and Q2 applications is a big plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging cross-functional partners including development teams, system architects, product management, and Support.
