QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Based on project requirements and technical design, develop & execute software test cases.
• Plan test schedules & strategies in accordance with project scope & delivery dates.
• Document and communicate project quality over the course of testing, including readiness for release using our standard test process and status reporting template.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years testing and/or Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
• Experience with Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test case and defect management.
• Data testing experience including writing SQL and working with XML files.
• Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance a plus.
• Excellent skills as a communicator and facilitator, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish a common goal.
