High School Diploma or GED Required
Experience
1 year financial and/or operational experience that includes regular use of mathematical and analytical skills as well as regular composition of written business communication. Required
Responsibilities Job Summary
Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Manager, performs quality review for pre-registration/insurance verification, collections, billing, cash applications, imaging and clerical employees. Documents findings in Quality Review databases and prepares and provides reporting to supervisor(s) and managers. Assists in staff training by preparing and updating training materials for specified units. Performs billing, follow up of accounts, researches unidentified cash, researches misapplied cash payments, posts cash payments, performs clerical duties and scans documents. Completes special projects as assigned. Promotes positive teamwork within department and among employees by providing constructive criticism and positive feedback.
  • Performs quality review for assigned areas. Documents findings in Quality Review databases. Prepares and presents quality review reports.
  • Completes projects for assigned area.
  • Creates and update staff training materials. Provides training as directed by supervisors and/or managers.
  • Maintains skills by performing billing, follow up of accounts, cash posting and/or pre-registration.
