As the Recruiter, you will:

  • Conduct recruitment efforts for all non-exempt and exempt personnel, interns and temporary employees
  • Administer the contingent conversion process
  • Identify target schools for strategic partnerships for internships and teaching
  • Maintain contact with various sources to meet demand needs (job fairs, employment agencies, diversity task force, publications, etc.)
  • Manage all aspects of the hiring function (i.e. acquiring requisitions for position from hiring manager, holding regular meetings with the hiring manager, posting position, sourcing in various areas, interviewing, etc.)
  • Manage ATS to manage candidates, and the hiring process (i.e. ADP-RM, etc.)
  • Manage the relationship between company and temporary agencies as well as ensure temporary agency billings are accurate
  • Conduct phone screens and interview applicants for candidates qualified and considered appropriate for positions available.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviewing appointments with the supervisors/managers of the respective departments
  • Conduct reference checks for all candidates
  • Provide recommendations to managers for new hires and coordinates job offer between Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and candidate
  • Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement
  • Gather data, prepare and submit reports and metrics for employment function (i.e. EEO, time to fill, turnover rate, recruiting stats) and other required reports due to outside agencies and department needs
  • Responsible for coordinating the Employee Referral program for the company
  • Assist in evaluation of decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and other standards
  • Utilize Social Networking sites to source candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Other duties as required in support of the department and the company


  • B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources, business or related subject or equivalent experience
  • Minimum four years recruiting experience inside a fast-paced corporation recruiting for various levels of personnel
  • Minimum two years Human Resources experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication with a diverse group of people
  • Able to project a positive and professional image to applicants, outside contacts and co-workers
  • High level of interpersonal skills to conduct productive interviews with applicants
  • Able to exercise confidentiality and discretionary sound judgment
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to employment
  • Detailed knowledge, understanding and support of policies, procedures and mission
  • High energy level; able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail oriented, must be able to handle multiple openings by multiple managers (organization a must)
