Retention Success Manager

Role:

The FitNut Mayor! The Success Superhero! The Retention Success Managers job is to KEEP current and inflowing members by ensuring every FitNut and every Fit-Force Team Member are successful.

Success is defined by client results, client retention, staff development and staff retention. The Success Manager guides all coaches and team members including the sales coordinator. The Success manager must lead from the front by maintaining a minimum of 50% ROI through personal sales.

The success manager oversees programing, coaches, facility, nutrition plans and internal challenges.

The way we keep our members is by helping them achieve RESULTS and giving them an amazing experience and customer service. The FitNut experience that they have outside of the gym is even more important than the experience they have inside the gym.

The way they achieve those results is through being accountable to the program, staying engaged on community pages and keeping track with the workouts. FitNut/Accountability Groups 2.0 a new level of Attention to Connection.

You are responsible for ensuring that the member experience is the best it can possibly be through providing an exceptional level of service, connection and community with clients and team members.

Maintaining a 97% retention rate of both clients and team members.

Requirements:

Able to identify FitNut potential and talent and invest in those coaches and team members so that they can have the most tremendous impact.

Consistently demonstrate and encourage our Core Tenants and Client-centric mission.

Gatekeeper so that the owner does not have to address member or staff issues.

Gatekeeper so that the owner does not have to address facility or maintenance issues.

As we engage we are 100% about our coaches and our clients while in their presence either physically, on the phone or through social media.

You respect and honor that they are FitNut and have chosen us as their Fitness Family. It is imperative that the role of a supportive and helpful hand is upheld at all times - no bad, grumpy or self-focused days while interacting with clients.

Must possess the ability to inspire, lead, hold clients and coaches accountable, express concern and interest while keeping the relationship professional and on point. Must be able to clearly and consistently communicate to our Fit-Force (coaches) team highlights or struggles with our members so that we are all on the same page.

Must be able to effectively manage your own time and resources in order to manage a large volume of clients with excellent service and to ensure that our Coaches get the support and ongoing attention that they need.

Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and be willing to continually learn and grow with our company and within personal development, specifically in the areas of building relationship, influence and sales. Especially in the area of Member-Recovery when the member feels that they want to cancel. Whether it is a coach, an intern, a challenger or an existing client - we are selling ourselves, our program and our community every day.

The success manager must know how to manage priorities, time and must be an excellent communicator and motivator with clients and coaches while holding them accountable to our FitNut standards.

Requirements:

2-3 years of prior management experience a must and personal training experience. Valid personal training certificate from an accredited organization. Have reliable transportation and knows how to deal and. communicate through all conversations including tough situations. Work a minimum 30 hours a week and max 35 hours a week.

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
