We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our global team. In this position, you will work closely with our CEO to drive increased levels of communication and efficiencies across V2, as well as to support key sales and marketing initiatives. Your Day - We operate with a mixed virtual and office environment model to focus on results and reduce commute time. We leverage best-in-class Cloud technologies like Slack, G Suite, Zoom, Todoist, Lucidchart, Okta, and Salesforce.

As part of our recruitment process, you will begin to build an individualized JPC plan and starting your first week at V2, we will provide growth opportunities through individually tailored or group JPC trainings. Collaborative bi-annual reviews focused on past and future growth in key focus areas ensure more structured feedback in addition to weekly mentoring with your manager.
Work directly with Sales Executive on sales-focused initiatives such as identifying new markets, partnership opportunities or revenue opportunities
Perform research on prospect accounts and key industry trends within Salesforce eco-system
Conduct key activities to support end-to-end sales cycles and assist with the creation of budgetary estimates and proposals
Aggregate and analyze metrics and key performance indicators around sales and marketing activities
Create, manage and analyze key data via Salesforce reports and dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets and Einstein Analytics for the executive team to drive business decisions around sales and marketing
Assist with cleansing and maintaining of Salesforce database
Support Sales Executive in preparation for sales meetings by communicating the expectations to meeting attendees, establish clear action items and follow-up on deliverables as needed
Maintain and organize various sales materials including slide decks and product demos
Support contracts workflow including centralized management of client-related contracts
Create and maintain Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and other sales-related resource material
Help devise and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to include competitive analysis, creation of content such as blog posts and social media posts as well as assist with PR messaging.
Assist with generation and publishing of various digital sales related materials such as services one-pages, email campaigns, blogs, etc.
Participate in devising, executing and analyzing sales/marketing campaigns aimed to generate leads and/or enhance V2s brand
Assist with maintaining company website and key social media site profiles.
Continuously stay on top of the marketing technology industry, manage marketing automation tools and inbound marketing efforts
Conduct client, competitor, and services/product research in order to influence sales/marketing strategy
Desired Capabilities and Experience
Minimum three (3) years of professional experience, ideally in sales or marketing operations capacity
Experience using Salesforce and/or knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem preferred
Experience and level of comfort interacting with internal and external executives
Knowledge, capabilities and passion for utilizing and learning new technologies
Success operating in fast-paced environments
Strong organization and communication skills (oral and written)
Consistent punctuality and high-level of responsiveness
Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism and to manage conflict in professionally mature manner
