Sales Engineer

Our rapid growth has created a number of new opportunities for people to join our team, including a Sales Engineer.


We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support the sales team for technical aspects of selling and implementing our Ziosk services in restaurants and other venues. This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who have a strong technical aptitude and area passionate about being on the front lines solutioning with our customers.


  • Be a technical partner for our direct and channel sales teams in solution selling, inclusive of POS integration, payment integration, core Ziosk services, network and designing new capabilities for Customer needs
  • Build trust and strong relationships with prospects and customers (especially their technical leaders) to contribute to sales conversion
  • Partner with the Ziosk implementation team post-sale to successful venue deployments, inclusive of sharing customer specific information important for the transition to production
  • Promote customer confidence in Ziosk to develop long term business relationships
  • Recognize the customer s key challenges in their business operations and identify solutions


  • Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of technical presales or relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in hospitality technology / POS / integrated payments a big plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines with high-quality work
  • Ability to identify issues and opportunities, develop solutions and make recommendations using multiple sources of information
  • Requires strong relationship management, sales support, and account maintenance/management skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and work to maximize productivity
