Sales Representative

B2B Sales Representative, Unlimited Earning Potential

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to start immediately. Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. We are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a thorough knowledge of our services
  • Create new revenue streams with our extensive client base, as well as creating new revenue streams with a newly acquired client base. Additional compensation for these activities starts immediately.
  • Schedule business meetings and visit potential clients on-site in order to secure new accounts by adeptly engaging and negotiating
  • Develop a rapport with potential customers over the phone
  • Develop strong relationships with current clients and foster a positive company and brand image (some of the largest engineering/architectural/construction firms)
  • Business development and lead generation

Qualifications:

  • Ambitious and driven
  • Reliable, open-minded, and eager to learn
  • Confident
  • Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Preferred but not required:

  • -Must have 3-5+ years out-of-home advertising sales experience
  • -Must provide three agency/client recommendations
  • -Documented success in achieving revenue goals and growing sales revenues
  • -Ability to work under pressure in a results-driven environment
  • -Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills
  • -Strong ability to initiate, establish and cultivate meaningful business relationships
  • -Excellent computer skills (including advanced Excel capabilities)
  • -Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness and detect errors.
  • -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • -Strong ability to problem solve and maintain customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
