Job Title: Salesforce Academy - Senior Engineer

Who You Are: You are a passionate, self-driven technologist who loves solving business and consumer challenges using the latest mobile, internet, and cloud services. You love coding and find yourself keeping up with the latest technology and social media trends. You tinker, explore and regularly read code blogs to stay in touch with the development community and are passionate about discovering ways to improve quality, reusability, extensibility, delivery and consistency. If you dont have experience with Salesforce technologies, then here is a chance to gain those skills while applying your existing development expertise to full-lifecycle client engagements.


  • Join a growing team where you can leverage your software development skills on Salesforce projects
  • Learn advanced Salesforce technologies and combine them with a range of technologies, including: mobile (iOS; Android), modern web applications, analytics and big data, cloud integrations and APIs
  • Deliver solutions in a team environment where you can learn from experts while you help influence the team culture
  • Work on full-lifecycle projects that run from requirements to solution design, software development, testing and launch
  • Help lead the development team through task analysis, task assignment and sprint planning
  • Design application components and integrations
  • Participate in the dynamics of a consulting environment; delivering exceptional work to clients
  • Hands-on experience with the latest technologies and delivery methodologies
  • Work in a dynamic, agile project environment with small, focused teams
  • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 50% for the Global Salesforce Team
  • Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 3 - 7 years of development and/or consulting with team-lead responsibilities
  • Experience with software/database development technologies (e.g. JAVA, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, HTM, PL/SQL)
  • Familiarity with multiple programming environments and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems in a team environment
  • Familiarity with software development best practices and a desire to continuously improve your development skills
  • Strong understanding of domain-driven design and application design patterns
  • Displays personal & corporate integrity
  • Bonus Skills

  • Salesforce experience either as a developer or end-user
  • Development experience with other CRM platforms (MSCRM, Oracle CRM, Sugar CRM, etc.)
  • Platform configuration experience (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles.
  • Exposure to SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, Apex, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with at least one ETL tool (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator, MS SSIS)
  • Experience with Cloud or SaaS solutions
