Salesforce Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users via the organization’s help desk tracking system.
• Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
• Work with end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
• Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.
• Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
• Provide expert support to end users in managing system and process changes.
