Job Description:

  • Looking for your expertise to assist with the rollout of our up-coming SAP Implementation. 
  • As the SAP Business Analyst for Bosch, you will provide expert-level guidance on SAP business process requirements, design, test, and support. The focus will be in the area of Sales & Distribution, through various order methodologies (such as single orders, scheduling agreements), delivery processes, invoicing, and accounting.
  • As the SAP Business Analyst, you will champion the Sales & Distribution module, ensuring business requirements are gathered, mapping all processes in SAP, production stabilization, and support to business operations.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting business processes with issue identification & resolution, and process optimization.
  • Analyzing the evolving SAP capabilities to meet the business requirements and work with key users to implement the process in the organization.
  • Identifying cross-functional topics and ensure the processes are aligned across modules.
  • Identifying and escalating necessary open process decisions in the project and client meetings.
  • Coordinating training activities according to the training concept and plan.
  • Coordinating testing activities and contributing to test plan creation and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Science degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems required or related technical degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 full-cycle SAP implementation, preferably as Sales & Distribution or Order to Cash module lead.
  • Ability to work and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders regarding requirements and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work tasks.
  • Ability to analyze pros & cons and financial impact to the business.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 15-20% annually; international travel as required.
