School Support Manager

A-List Education is seeking a School Support Manager for the School & Institutional Partnerships (SIP) team. Our goal is to deliver optimal value to our institutional clients. The School Support Manager will be responsible for smoothly onboarding clients to our online platforms. This position will serve as a primary contact for A-List schools, non-profits, and community organizations.
The role is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction/quality of service and managing overall school communication to drive growth and encourage lasting relationships. The School Support Manager will also take the lead on renewing client services, materials, and access to our online platforms. The School Support Manager works directly with the Director of School and Institutional Partnerships and helps support the team by ensuring sales goals are met, retaining current institutional accounts, upselling products and services to clients, and seeking out new institutional contacts. Main Responsibilities of the School Support Manager: Manage new and existing client relationships ensuring positive customer experience and encouraging client renewals and referrals (and upselling products/services) Manage all onboarding of schools onto A-List SAT/ACT platforms and providing online training and technical support Oversee all clients utilizing practice ACT/SAT tests, scoring tests, creating reports Coordinate logistics for all professional development assignments providing information and support needed to execute the sessions Create quotes and data reports using Salesforce and SurveyMonkeyOther Responsibilities: Create custom case studies using existing SAT/ACT data to disseminate to schools Collaborate with the Marketing department to brainstorm new strategies based on data findings Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products in schools; analyzing and relaying customer reactions Work across departments to identify and share best practices and to develop and implement proven project tracking tools and processesDesired Qualifications of the School Support Manager: Bachelor s Degree, or equivalent experience 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role responsible for customer success or account management Comfort using tech platforms and providing tech support Serve as a proactive leader to deeply understand your clients and their needs Data management and research Education Administration and/or Sales experience preferred Project and personnel management skills Familiarity with MS Office suite, Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) (such as Salesforce), MailChimp, SurveyMonkey Familiarity with U.S.
