Senior Compensation Analyst

The Senior Compensation Analyst is a strategic and operationa l business partner responsible for design, implementation and successful administration of competitive and innovative compensation and incentive programs. The position requires both strategic and hands-on tactical skills in leading the refinement and enhancement of the Company s numerous programs. This position reports to the Sr. HR Manager.

Primary Job Duties/Functions

  • Collaborates with the team on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of new programs.
  • Administers base pay and bonus programs, including annual focal review and bonus cycles.
  • Manages projects such as survey participation and analysis and compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates with HR managers to educate managers.
  • Develops competitive market analysis to attract and retain employees at all levels.
  • Prepare reconciliation of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by Finance Department.
  • Perform compensation administration for sales compensation plans o n a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Collects financial data, calculates payment amount s , and seek approval for payment s .
  • Responsible for all functional related activities within the Workday HRIS platform for Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. Works together with the HRIS Manager.
  • Manages the performance management process; works together with managers to plan, monitor and review employees work objectives and overall contribution to the organization.
  • Assists HR managers and other managers with compensation-related issues.


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Compensation, with an emphasis on commission and sales incentive plan design and execution.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and qualitative skills, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with multiple constituencies, including executives, senior HR partners, and line management.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
