Providing an exceptional candidate interview experience.
Build and expand your global network of engineering talent and bring that talent to Agnos
Onboard and integrate into Agnos by following our processes and using our tools
Develop our Recruiter training materials and onboarding bootcamp to learn the Agnos Recruiting Approach.
Attendance of weekly meetings.
Develop team recruiting playbooks and processes.
Assess what has and has not worked and start to develop your hiring strategy.
Learn from other recruiters at other companies by attending conferences, attending recruiter events, reading best practices etc.
On a weekly basis, contact at least 400 qualified candidates. On a monthly basis after the interviewing process is completed, receive feedback from the Hiring team that at least 3 of your candidates for that month were worthy of hiring into Agnos or placing at our clients.
Provide monthly suggestions to our team on how we can improve our people, processes and technology relating to Recruiting.
Create job descriptions that are unique and inspire candidates to want to work with Agnos.
Create landing pages in Linkedin, Facebook and other social media that are unique and inspire the best candidates to want to work with Agnos
Attend networking events to proactively meet in person with the best candidates.
