YOUR ROLE

  • Defining, steering, and executing the global payroll and time strategy at Henkel.
  • Set up global payroll procedures and control framework
  • Steer on the development of functional specifications regarding new developments within SAP and payroll systems
  • Realize continuous improvement and efficiency gains on payroll/time processes
  • Develop a global time strategy
  • Helps create global payroll processes, global wage type list, global control framework and global master agreement
  • Coordinates the implementation of the global strategy for multiple countries
  • Manages the functional requirements for SAP, interfaces and payroll systems and supervises the testing
  • Contributes to the development of a global time strategy
  • Advises on continuous improvements on payroll and time processes and controls

Requirements

  • Overall work experience 15 years+, preferably also in managerial positions in the area of payroll & time management
  • 10 years+ concrete work experience in Payroll & Time Management
  • Concrete experience in rolling out and steering global time & payroll projects in international companies
  • Extensive SAP/R3 knowledge on Payroll and Time Management
  • Proven global project management skills
  • English fluent
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude
  • High awareness for costs and budget management skills
