The Digital Marketing team is responsible for the strategy and execution of all digital customer-facing experiences to support the growth of the GreatCall brand and its products and services, as well as critical communications to/thru customer-facing partners. This includes, but is not limited to: brand building, customer awareness, customer education, traffic generation, lead nurturing, eCommerce, online retail point-of-sale, public relations support, trade marketing, affiliate marketing and social media. This team works very closely with other teams in the marketing department as well as the broader organization including but not limited to sales, finance, business intelligence, engineering, customer care and project management, as well as external creative, SEO, media, and PR agencies.


The Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for monitoring day-to-day organic social media and online community engagement, as well as maintaining various digital marketing efforts. The Specialist will engage directly with customers on our social media sites, owned blogs, and other outlets, working to improve the experience for our current and prospective customers online. This role will also support other owned content sites, including blogs, B2B content initiatives, mobile marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships with other content producers. To create the right content and utilize the right platforms to successfully reach these audiences, the Specialist will develop a deep understanding of their aspirations, what speaks to them, and how they behave online.


  • Monitor GreatCall s social media and content efforts for blogs/paid social/organic social, responding to comments and noting trends.
  • Copywrite and edit blogs, scripts, social media posts and more
  • Work with designers and creative teams to create and gather assets for campaigns
  • Find new and efficient ways to create different types of content (infographics, gifs, slide shows, etc.)
  • Assist in video production coordinating shoot logistics by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in development and production of digital campaigns including Social, Email, Blogs and other types of content marketing.
  • Coordinate delivery of assets to marketing agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Upload and organize pieces of content across various platforms.
  • Help expand social media presence into various platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team with measurement, reporting, and billing/invoicing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to make sound recommendations on how GreatCall should interact with our consumer audience.
  • Other duties as assigned


Education: Bachelor s degree required


  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on digital marketing required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing social media campaigns required
  • Minimum 5 years of content marketing experience with digital content creation, distribution and strategy preferred
  • Prior experience in professional editing preferred
  • Prior experience with creative and SEO copywriting preferred
  • Prior experience with creating content for both consumers and B2B audience preferred
  • Experience with healthcare content creation a plus
  • Experience managing an advertising budget is a plus
  • Experience with image/video editing is a plus
