Job Responsibilities: The candidate will work on a team of software engineers involved in developing and maintaining applications for precision optics machines. The candidate will possess strong .Net programming skills as well as a solid understanding of object-oriented design. The position will report to the Software Engineering manager, and will work collaboratively with process development technicians, controls engineers as well as mechanical engineers. The position requires the ability to take ownership of, and be responsible for, one or more simultaneous software deliverables. The candidate will also provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.
