Job Description :Responsibilities Supports all aspects of the Human Resources function Answers day to day HR questions. Organizes and maintains employee records and data, prepares and maintains employee reports, completes verification of employment requests (VOEs), prepares and maintains organizational charts Participates in the Performance Development Process and helps to administer corporate training programs and evaluates their effectiveness Partners with HR Leadership and with TriNet, the outsourced HR vendor for U.S. Benefits, to addresses benefit questions and manage leaves of absences. Participates in benefits enrollment, renewal and review decisions as well as assists in the implementation of U.S. site related employee benefits Prepares job descriptions and posts open positions, coordinates approval processes and schedules interviews Submits contract requests and routes contracts for approval Manages Purchase Orders for the HR function and helps process invoices Education And Experience Job Qualifications Bachelor s degree required; 3+ years of progressive HR experience ideally in Life Sciences Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to navigate a highly collaborative environment where communication and flexibility are essential PC proficiency in Microsoft office software is required Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration Must possess a strong commitment to high quality workmanship and team spirit Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred
