Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Act as Team Lead for the Program Managers to gain a macro view of programs, critical path risk, and resolution.
You are responsible for
Working with Clinical Science, Product Management, Service, I2M, O2C, Q&R, and Finance as appropriate to influence the proposal and implementation of quality solutions that meet customer and business needs.
Working with the Core Team to drive the vision, concept, definition, project plan, metrics, specifications, design, development, integration, verification, validation and commercial launch of solutions consistent with our Product Realization and subordinate processes.
Utilizing program and project management best practices with consistency in support of product realization activities to deliver high quality solutions to our customers with compliance.
Communicating project progress on a regular basis to stakeholders.
Setting expectations, provide resources, deliver feedback and hold Core Team members accountable to ensure efforts are aligned and achieve planned business outcomes. Reinforce actions that accomplish expectations and take steps to eliminate counterproductive work.
Stimulating and encourage ideas, give others a voice, recognize contributions, encourage and acknowledge feedback and act upon it, communicate the vision often, and build and share networks.
Serving as coach to members of the Core Team, and mentor others, particularly in disciplines close to your area of expertise.
Supporting the Ultrasound business goal to achieve Sales and EBITA targets.
Acting with integrity, following our General Business Principles, to protect and ensure the business prospers.
Administering company policies and programs fairly and consistently to ensure full compliance and high level of employee trust in the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Preparing and implementing projects in multi-discipline areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost, and staffing.
Co-ordination between the sub-projects (or vendor managed projects for IT).
Managing project budget > 3M.
Continually looking for ways to improve the role of the Program Manager, including applying LEAN practices.
Developing standard ways of working for Program Managers in the Ultrasound business.
Implementing Daily Management into the WoW for Program Managers.
