Sr. Program Manager, Team Inclusion

8+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management or related field, that includes deep diagnostic and customized design efforts
8+ years Program/Project Manager with high proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools
Able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization
Demonstrated experience in effective prioritization and facilitating action across remote groups
Well-versed in communicating (in writing and verbally) and influencing effectively with a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, HR functions, across all levels of the organization

Amazon is seeking a single-threaded leader for an opt-in inclusion program for Amazonians around the world. This program is a manager-led, self-service offering that enables teams across Amazon to identify ways to increase their inclusion, and ultimately drive a better team experience.
The program’s core objectives include:
Deliver a consistent, teachable point of view about inclusion to Amazonians at scale.
Deliver a consistent, teachable point of view about interrupting unconscious bias to Amazonians at scale.
Enable teams to confidently review inclusion feedback and develop relevant and useful inclusion plans that make meaningful differences, measured through inclusion surveys.
As a single-threaded leader of the Team Inclusion Program (TIP) in the Global Learning and Development (GLD) team, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and evolving a self-service team inclusion program that raises the bar and drives measurable outcomes. You will drive continuous improvement through further program automation and continue to drive awareness and adoption of the program. You will interact with stakeholders from HR leadership, PR, Legal, People Tech, and various business lines (Alexa, AWS, Retail, etc), to inform program iteration, remaining flexible to changing priorities and open to new ideas. You will provide ongoing program communication and updates, as well as host appropriate stakeholder and executive reviews. You will fine-tune and automate processes to measure adoption, inclusion lift, and employee experience, and let those learnings guide program enhancements to further improve team inclusion at Amazon.
The right candidate for the Sr. Program Manager role demonstrates:
Track record of successfully delivering high-profile, high-risk customer- or employee-facing products or programs
Experience in program design and/or past creation of learning assets to serve a global corporate audience
Proven ability to influence without authority, motivate cross-functional teams, and self-start
Excellent communication skills, paired with sound business judgment and ability to see around corners
Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven decision making
Experience writing narratives/scripts and managing video content production
Familiarity with an agile development process and past successful partnership with tech teams
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment
