Job Description:

As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst/Designer you will play a key role in providing the foundation to deliver full and accurate automated solutions. You will identify and scope automated solutions through identification of business process automation opportunities, automation requirements gathering and completion of feasibility assessments. Within this role you'll design, test and aid deployment of automation process solutions in support of strategic initiatives and operational excellence. To accomplish this, you will serve as a liaison with the Business teams, the RPA development and GIS (Global Information Services). You will build strong partnerships with regional business stakeholders in one or multiple functional areas to gain a thorough understanding of the processes identified for automation and to ensure value from these services is captured, realized, optimized and recognized. Although your primary focus will be the identification and design of automated process and system solutions, you'll maintain a working understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems processes, enabling influence across the enterprise to support business and operating requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering and management, systems analysis, testing, documentation, training, implementation support and on-going production support.
  • Perform process assessments to aid in identification and prioritization of business processes that are potential candidates for automation, including justification of automation and business benefit.
  • Fully and clearly document, or help the process owner to document, business processes to the granular level of detail that is required for automation.
  • Project Management at the RPA level
  • Design robotic process automation solutions, architecture and logic, ensuring a solution that meets the business requirements
  • Create, or help the process owner to create, user acceptance test (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes.
  • Test, or help the process owner to test, automated processes prior to deployment into production environments
  • Maintain automation documentation according to standards, best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to internal controls, policies and procedures for security, compliance, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain automations on a routine basis
  • Collect data to identify root cause of problems; propose and enable solutions
  • Perform continuous reviews to align processes with changing business conditions



  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Business or Information Management or equivalent experience
  • 5 years progressive experience in business process and system analysis, requirements gathering and application implementation
  • Applied knowledge in business process automation software (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, etc.)
  • Applied supporting and testing of business process automation software
  • Development certification in business process automation software (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism) preferred
  • Working knowledge of macros and HTML Experience and advance knowledge of business applications implementation preferred
  • Certification in Process Redesign Methodology: Six Sigma or Lean is desirable
