Job Description :Experience:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in web and mobile design, backed by an impressive portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions.
- Skilled in both Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX), with the ability to integrate custom components from established design systems with native mobile patterns to offer a well-balanced mix of brand consistency, user familiarity, unique brand representation, and user-friendliness.
- Confident in assessing and commenting on suggested and completed work, offering honest critiques to peer designers and developers. Committed to ensuring the cross-functional team delivers the application as planned, or negotiating solutions that maintain the customer experience as a primary consideration.
- Proficient in collecting feedback from end-users, conducting, or being involved in usability testing and identifying user requirements through research.
Responsibilities:
- You will participate in the entire design process of our digital products & services from initial research, ideation, conceptualization and design, to testing and validation.
- You will plan and co-facilitate workshops internally and externally. Manage approaches that identify and solve complex problems.
- You will create project deliverables: such as low and hi fidelity UI prototypes project plans, design using a Design System, discussion guides for research, insights reports and presentations among other materials relevant to the client challenge.
- Coordinate work activities with your digital team, Business teams, other IT services and as required.
- Communicate with business stakeholders in the process of Service Design, training and knowledge transfer.
