Sr. Campaign Manager, Partner Marketing

  • 6+ years of related experience in Campaign Management/Demand Generation, Content Marketing, marketing communications, product marketing or channel marketing, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion.
  • Project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.

  • Ability to understand the buyer s journey and inventory, map, create, re-purpose content -strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaigns.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager to build creative campaigns and assets that drive audience engagement and leads through APN Partner solutions focused on unique competencies.
In this role you will be the primary owner to integrate partner content into AWS Global Campaigns model. This person will be responsible for supporting APN Partner community with designing and delivering a content marketing strategy augmenting the Global Campaigns, and all the assets associated with it. This senior-level hands-on position is perfect for a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager who enjoys defining marketing campaigns, and developing, curating, and re-configuring content and assets, according to the buyers journey. In conjunction with Global Campaigns team, Product Marketing Managers, Partner Solutions Architect and Partner Segment leaders, this role builds-out the agreed-upon campaign story and obsesses about getting the right partner solution and message in the right format to the right communications channel, at the right time. This person works closely with agencies and other internal business stakeholders to manage the campaign workflow, asset development, and works closely with Digital Marketers to ensure that assets are developed timely and resonate with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills, in order to be able to tell a customer-centric story that resonates with our core audiences. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign asset effectiveness, and optimize continuously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Align and work closely with the global campaign team to integrate partner solutions in the overall campaign framework and assets
  • Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule.
  • Facilitate the creation and approval of compelling and effective assets focused on educating our customers on the partner solutions that fits the appropriate audience and marketing channel while maintaining Amazon Web Services brand and voice highlighting the unique value proposition of each APN Partner participating in the campaign
  • Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials.
  • Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize visit-to-registration conversion.

  • Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Marketo is preferable.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving busines
