You qualify for the GS-14 level (starting salary $117,191) if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level performing duties such as: conducting research and analysis; coordinating activities among divisions; developing and planning processes that assist in the implementation of programs; and monitoring operations and activities of investment management initiatives.
