The Support provides varied administrative support to members of the Graduate Department and assists with routine business activities.
Provide support for academic programs to team members and graduate faculty. Assist graduate program coordinator with onboarding and credentialing of faculty. Assist with logistics for Graduate program meetings and events. Facilitates completion of business functions including purchases, time-sheets, travel documents, requisitions, etc. Order office supplies and equipment for Graduate faculty and staff, maintain inventory of supplies, manage copiers. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree with one (1) year upper level administrative experience or high school with three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative or the equivalent experience.
Bachelors degree with three (3) years administrative experience. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an academic unit. Experience with People Soft.
