System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Primary person accountable for the electronic Learning Management quality system.
• Creation and update of user accounts and training assignments.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the required training for their roles.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, and routine metric reporting.
• Develop and maintain training curriculum content and material.
• Update and support computer-based-training, instructor-led-training, job aides and other training support materials.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and CAPAs.
• Write clear, concise, and learner-friendly instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
• Participates in training communities of practice. Gathers and shares external/internal training benchmark information, lessons learned and standard methodologies.
• Identify need for additional development tools and provides recommendations to Management.
• Management and oversight of Quality systems Standards and Policy documents.
