System Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Provide first line technical support to ERP system users, including faculty and staff.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing the ERP systems.
• Assist as a backup with patches, updates, and fixes as needed to maintain system integrity and security.
• Assist with data cleaning and data migration tasks.
• Assist with the college document imaging solution, including building forms and workflows.
• Support data analysis and reporting needs of various departments.
• Install and configure ERP modules to meet the college’s specific needs and requirements.
• Assist in testing new features, functionalities, and system enhancements before deployment.
• Work closely with the Senior Systems Analyst and Business Analyst to identify and implement improvements to the ERP systems.
• Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to integrate the ERP systems with other college systems and technologies
