System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assess and calculate the technical features of a project plan to ensure that the systems engineering procedures are operating correctly.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Participate in the modernization and design of information and operational support systems.
• Assist the customer in evaluating existing systems and provide technical direction in conjunction with the Cloud Solution Architects.
• Ensure a rapid response to any technical issues.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
