System Engineer

Responsiblties:

• Interface with counterparts to ensure constant and current flow of information to all parties for systems engineering and integration.
• Assist PM staff in development, coordination and promulgation of systems engineering policy and procedure that pertains to PM operations.
• Plan and develop systems engineering strategies, integration frameworks, systems engineering plans, and system architectures.
• Monitor programs and acquisition documentation related to systems engineering for executability and compliance with established program decisions.
• Assist and cooperate with materiel developers and users in development of operational needs/requirements.
• Report pertinent developments to the Program Manager.

Requirements:

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• One year trial/probationary period may be required.
• This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
