Growth - Experience continuous mentorship and growth via V2s unique JPC program. The JPC program supports each V2 team member in realizing growth and balance, spanning Job, Personal Life and Career. As part of our recruitment process, you will begin to build an individualized JPC plan and starting your first week at V2, we will provide growth opportunities through individually tailored or group JPC trainings. Collaborative bi-annual reviews focused on past and future growth in key focus areas ensure more structured feedback in addition to weekly mentoring with your manager.


  • Talent Acquisition: Define and drive talent acquisition programs that strengthen V2s capabilities in attracting, assessing, hiring and onboarding best-in-class, diverse talent. Manage recruitment cycles, from sourcing candidates, to pulling together offer packages, to preparing new hires for their first day.
  • Talent Development: Partner with the SVP of Operations to define, execute and oversee the talent management strategy and related processes necessary to support the company, which includes promoting employee development, management development, individual career development, succession planning, and diagnosing and developing specific plans to address talent gaps and skills gaps. Assist in the development and delivery of impactful training sessions and modules in the area of leadership development, soft skills development and organizational best practices.
  • Employee Success: Facilitate one-on-one coaching engagements with employees, both at manager levels and individual contributor levels, to meet performance and development needs. Collaborate with managers to govern employee challenges and support the company and the employee in working through incidents leading to positive resolution. Act as an agent for change as the business continues to evolve, with an ultimate goal of providing a world-class employee experience along the way.


  • Bachelors degree plus minimum 7 - 10+ years of experience in strategic talent acquisition and/or talent development role
  • Experience working in a growing tech-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High-attention to detail and strong organizational, task and project management skills
  • Proven sourcing capabilities and results in proactive talent acquisition
  • High-level of emotional intelligence and grit; comfort dealing with ambiguity
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives combined with a knack for managing internal expectations
  • Experience effectively working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Learning Management Systems (the ideal candidate should also value systems and pride themselves on keeping recruitment related systems and databases up-to-date)
  • Proven ability to interpret and leverage data to support decision making
  • A high-level of problem-solving ability including independent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices
  • Strong business acumen
  • Positive attitude and high energy
