Talent Acquisition Manager (St.Louis, MO)

This position will be based out of the Saint Louis Corporate office and will provide full life cycle recruiting support for the Gateway area, Springfield, Bloomington, Peoria and other regions as assigned. The Talent Acquisition Manager is an integral part of 4M Building Solutions and will contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination and management throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
Responsibilities
Develops recruiting, sourcing and retention strategies and related action plans while implementing best practices to support the talent needs of the organization.
Serves as primary liaison between senior leadership, hiring managers, human resources and regional coordinators.
Participates in the development, implementation and administration of creative and strategic recruitment and hiring processes
Manages recruiting budget and expenses by strategically planning the monthly and annual needs of the organization.
Responsible for Turnover Reports and Labor Market Reports and Analysis.
Anticipates client s needs and delivers talent solutions that enable the execution of 4Ms business model in regards to recruiting, sourcing and retention
Participates in the succession planning process to develop appropriate recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
Oversees filling of all open positions/ requisitions in a timely fashion and with a diverse slate of candidates.
Co-Manages a team of regional coordinators by providing leadership, direction and mentoring.
Drives results, ensuring that staffing activity is meeting/exceeding client requirements.
Thoroughly understands and remains current with local, federal and state regulations affecting areas of recruitment, selection and hiring.
Contributes to the development and consistent execution of best practices in staffing and recruitment using labor market analysis.
Implements strategies and tactics to address high volume, rapid response and proactive recruiting needs for a growing company.
Collaborates with management and regional coordinators to identify and remove obstacles related to filling open positions.
Establishes and cultivates community partnerships to promote 4M as an employer of choice.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day site recruiting, screening and full cycle hiring for non-exempt level positions and may recruit and hire exempt level positions as needed. These duties include but are not limited to posting jobs on 4M applicant tracking system, social media, job boards, assist with conducting face-to-face interviews, performing background, drug screening and reference checks, extending job offers and assisting in the onboarding processes.
May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Required Experience
3+ years of operational level recruiting including leading a team, sourcing candidates, managing the customer and candidate experience, and full cycle hiring of 1000+ team members
Proven ability to meet the recruiting and hiring needs in a fast based, high needs, start up environment
Excellent work ethics coupled with a high sense of urgency
Ability to build strong relationships with your team as well as hiring managers to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process and timely decisions
Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and changing organization and manage the impact of that change
Ability to learn new technology and explore innovative sourcing channels
Experienced in building effective recruiting processes
Ability to adhere to compliance requirements while driving results
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
Ability and willingness to be coached and trained on a regular basis as well as be open to changes and to providing new and innovative ideas.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Bilingual in English and Spanish
