Bridges is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to add to our recruiting team. In a collaborative approach, you will partner with program management to identify and attract top talent to staff mission-critical openings. You will be responsible for:

  • Performing full life cycle recruiting of cleared candidates and functional experts for a variety of locations
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers and everyone that you come in contact with
  • Developing and executing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies, including social media, networking events, and hiring events
  • Partnering with hiring managers to articulate clear technical requirements, screen candidates against them, and add value/expertise to hiring decisions
  • Providing recommendations for candidate compensation packages and assist in salary negotiations
  • Providing candidates with information about the company, corporate culture, and benefits
  • Adhering to OFCCP process compliance plus Federal and local hiring laws
  • Writing requisitions, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and tracking candidate status
  • Proficient use of and reporting from our applicant tracking system Workable.


  • 7 10 years of recruiting experience with proven record of success
  • Experience recruiting for the Intelligence Community
  • In-depth understanding of clearance levels and processing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task/handle rapidly changing priorities
  • Proactive mindset and preference for a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Engaging outlook that enjoys building a collaborative team


  • TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
  • College Degree
