Technical Trainer- DevOps

JOB DESCRIPTION JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:

Deliver DevOps trainings to IT professionals in large organizations, and/or internal teams Should be able to achieve the training feedback as per the company standard Ability to monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered. Should be able to create training roadmap whenever necessary. Should learn multi-cloud as per the requirement. Get in call with customer to understand the training requirement and work end-to-end till training delivery. Identify solutions for customer requirements. Confidently articulates all aspects of solution and persuasively communicates value to the client. Own and Deliver training to corporates in the assigned vertical Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. Prepare educational material such as modules, webinars, summaries etc Support and mentor new employees Design and implement training programs Work with managers to determine training needs

Role requirements:

Experienced using any of Infrastructure provisioning and management tools like (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Git and Jenkins) Knows the Source Control system (Implementing DevOps Development Processes), scaling git for enterprise DevOps. Implemented Continuous Integration in an DevOps Pipeline, managing Code Quality and Security Policies Implemented a Container Build Strategy Should be in position to set up a Release Management Workflow Implement an appropriate deployment pattern. Designing a Dependency Management Strategy (Implementing Dependency Management) Manage security and compliance Should be certified in any cloud platform, Ansible, Terraform, AWS DevOps Professional, AZ-400 will be added advantage Ability to design and create course outlines, course materials, technical labs, handouts etc. for topics based on DevOps tools and softwares related to DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins etc.) Good understanding for DevSecOps process
