Test Analyst

Seeking a skilled Tester through Knowledge Services with a broad breadth of technical experience. As a part of the application development team making modifications to or creating new components for application processes, the Develop will participate in activities related to the creation and/or modification of processes for backend database processing, .NET user interfaces, JAVA, and Salesforce components. This Business Analyst will be focused on requirements, design, documentation, and development of new application API integrations for internal/external user interfaces in Salesforce and other SQL components.

The Tester shall have excellent attention to detail, an analytical mind, and strong organization and problem-solving skills. The Tester shall also be a good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to think outside the box. Additionally, the role shall be able to effectively communicate relevant project analysis information to team members as well as customers and leadership.

Deliverable include:

• Document and map business and technical requirements into test suites,  
• Create test cases, test scripts that can be utilized by test teams and development teams to validate test execution and test execution results. 
• Create dashboard reports for regular reporting of test case execution, bugs, and errors. 
• Support of SIT and/or UAT integration testing of integrated .NET, Salesforce, and third-party application components 
• Assist with planning and implementation of automated testing

Skills & Number Of years Of Experience:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
• Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTE)
• 4-6 yearsof experience in Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC)involving Requirement Gathering and Analysis, and Testing Planning, Execution and Validation. 
• Strong knowledge of current industry-wide quality & test processes and practices, tools, and techniques. 
• Experience using requirements traceability matrices to confirm testing of required and delivered components.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and rapidly learn and test new application software and features.
• Experience leveraging both Agile and traditional SDLC practices with the ability to blend them in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
• Experience with web services and APIs, with working knowledge of relational database queries (SQL), and experience in automation framework.
