UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design development-ready conversational prototypes and mockups for our user experience for conversational experiences.
• Help identify design problems in existing properties and devise elegant solutions.
• Design complete user experiences that fulfill the client's needs.
• Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
• Create user stories and work items related to each design.
• Test for Quality Assurance during design implementation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years working in Product Design or User Experience within the tech industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time.
• Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web experiences.
• Work well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from colleagues.
