Vice President, Customer Delivery

The Vice President of Customer Delivery is SACs thought leader and business owner for the execution of T-Mobile programs and projects throughout the US. This position is focused on developing long term, recurring work with T-Mobile, executing it profitably, and developing the people, supply chain, process and controls to ensure an outstanding result for SAC. The primary objectives of the position are customer satisfaction, profitability, process improvement and attracting new business opportunities.


  • Execute strategic planning including market entry strategy for new markets.
  • Advise the Executive team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions, risks and threats.
  • Interface with Nokia CBT to ensure continuity of messaging and alignment on objectives.
  • Develop relationships and interfaces between SAC team and customer to ensure. high-performance delivery and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage the T-Mobile relationship at a strategic and tactical level including managing expectations on delivery capabilities and timing of projects.
  • Lead T-Mobile specific governance meetings managing project portfolio and resolution of issues.
  • Establish operational processes/process improvement plans to align with the customers process and tools.
  • Ensure quality control of all delivery of services including substantive and back-office work.
  • Set operational and performance goals for the department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals.
  • Establish and monitor performance reporting systems.
  • Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made.
  • Develop organizational structure, build teams, develop great people and teams.
  • P&L Responsibility.
  • Ensure T-Mobile projects are run profitably, efficiently, and with clear return on investment.
  • Ensure projects are executed with strict project controls.

  • 15 + years telecommunications deployment and implementation experience.
  • 5 + years working for a telecommunications OEM
  • 5 + years experience with telecommunications build services.
  • Deep technical understanding and abilities, specifically network architecture and infrastructure.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Strong Executive presence; able to interface to high level executives (Internal and External)
  • Proven success as a leader who mentors, motivates and drives results through his/her team.

  • Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred.
