Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Successful candidates must be technology agnostic and willing to work with:

  • Application development technologies such as ColdFusion, ASP.NET, jQuery, and JavaScript
  • Relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and related technologies (SQL and PL/SQL)
  • Relevant web technologies including HTML and CSS
  • Integration technologies such as XML, JSON, and Web Services
  • Source/version control using Git

Highly Desired:

  • One or more years of database-driven, web application development
  • Experience working in a sponsored programs office, sponsored programs accounting
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Grants and related functionality

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • An independent work initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Experience in presenting/training in software systems
  • Familiarity with system development and implementation life cycle and methodologies
  • Experience in developing functional requirement documents and/or system design documents
