Job Details:

  • Reviews analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs specific to Workday Reporting.
  • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in the area of specialty and 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area, such as Workday reporting.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Generally supports unique/rare skills or niche/emerging technologies. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Years of experience/education and/or certifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in the field or in a related area such as Workday reporting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams, and other IT and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful planning and delivery of report change request
  • Experience in analyzing and configuring Workday custom reports for the HCM and Payroll modules
  • Align with other IT functional areas to remain current on project status, inform customer management of progress; conversely, keeps IT managers aware of user issues and resolves conflicts
  • Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced team environment
  • 4-6 years Workday HCM and/or Payroll reporting experience

Note:

  • This person is joining a large project team mid-way through; the team is currently in the second prototype development phase. This individual will be responsible for gathering report requirements, document the requirements within SLC templates, develop, test, and implement the report changes for a Workday Consolidation project.
