This role will report to the Director, Americas, Workplace Operations.
5+ years of experience leading a team in workplace operations
Lead the employee experience being an innovative thought partner with stakeholders
Managing office expansion and relocation projects for both the long and short term
Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
Planning best space allocation and utilization of space resources for new buildings, or upgrades to current premises
Managing the quality of service levels, directing and coordinating of workplace operations such as reception, security, maintenance, shipping, space administration, janitorial, food program, EHS, sustainability, events
Cost Management and Risk Management
Emergency preparedness and response
Ensure an exceptional experience for new employees onboarding, guests and interview candidates
Providing both mid-term and long term facility plan based on growth analysis and business plan
Collaborate with the Talent, FP&A, Employee Tech, Real Estate Teams on employee experience
Creatively communicate program information and updates to the team, stakeholders, and employees
Support and Partner on Capital Projects and deliverables
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You understand and can digest complex concepts and projects
You have extensive experience with both “Front and Back” of house services
You thrive in a fast pace environment, think out of the box, and produce innovative solutions
You can work with ambiguous requirements and take smart risks
You have excellent time management skills
You have a proven track record of managing and scaling a team to keep up with company growth
