Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• SAP ABAP Developer is accountable for development on the new project in the module of the FI-AR area of SAP.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define the solution, and translate that into detailed programming designs.
• Able to understand the functionality of the business scenario from a third party system and develop required RFC Function Modules, enhancements, and Adobe forms in the SAP system.
• Ability to take detailed programming designs and perform the development required to translate them into efficient and accurate code. This includes the conversion of Functional Specification to Technical Specification which might include detailed technical flows and SAP object details.
• Developers must prepare the unit test document with relevant SAP transaction steps and screenshot which might include success and failure scenarios.
• Developers will be responsible to provide information on development during integration testing and the Go-Live process. And ready to perform the fixes for any bugs changes required during testing.
• Capable of effectively communicating with internal and external customers possessing various levels of technical knowledge.
• The ability to determine the underlying issue when presented with sometimes ambiguous andor contradictory information demonstrates good listening skills.
• Ability to quickly solve determine problems working with technical-technical groups in areas that may not be the primary area of expertise.
• As business is running on Suite on HANA, so the developer can able to create custom objects which is compatible with HANA.
• Knowledge in the external applications like FIORI, Lumira, analysis for office, and connectivity between CDS and applications are added advantages.
• Hands-on experience in HANA related tools like HANA Studio, Eclipse and SAP Web IDE.

Technical Skills:

• Good experience in ABAP RICEF's, RFC methodology, Adobe Forms, BADI implementations, OO ABAP and extended debugging knowledge.
• Extensive experience in ABAP development, with both custom development and customizations to existing processes, including use of IDOCs, ALE, RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, LSMW, ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports (Classical and Interactive Reports), BDC (Batch-Input and Call Transaction Methods), SAP Scripts, Enhancements.
• Experience with SAP SmartForms, including custom forms and improvements to existing SAP forms, output methods, determinations, etc.
• Experience in the full development life cycle - all areas and phases of the SDLC.
• Deep understanding of business process flows especially in FI-AR areas and not limited to other modules like SD, MM, QM, and WM, including master data setup, and standard SAP FI-AR process in a distribution environment.
