Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:  

• Prepare JE’s related to AR adjustments, including write-offs, deposits, receipts, etc.
• Monthly revenue accruals
• GL reconciliations
• Prepare monthly AR metric reporting
• Produce monthly billing reporting
• File IT tickets for billing rejections (Facilitate request to correct dept)
• Alert Treasury of any failed payment files
• Ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of customer transaction reporting
• Assist in identifying and implementing AR related process improvements
• Other AR related Ad-hoc requests

Requirements and Qualifications:

• You have 4-5 or more years of experience in accounts receivables operations
• Experience with Oracle AR module and Oracle EBS
• Understanding and knowledge of main accounting concepts, specifically AR
• You apply critical thinking and creative problem solving, with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Exceptional Excel skills
